They would collaborate and perform activities related to country's proposed medium multi-role combat aircraft (MMRCA) offset programme, a release said here on Tuesday.
Under the agreement, Infotech will be a technology partner to Dassault Aviation. It would provide business driven solutions and perform engineering, defence-related business process and IT services to help Dassault Aviation satisfy offset obligations, the release said.
The MoU's term is for five years and can be extended by mutual agreement.
"Infotech is proud to be associated with Dassault Aviation and Ministry of Defence for this programme which is strategically important," Chairman and Managing Director B V R Mohan Reddy said.
Having completed over seven million engineering service hours of aerospace projects, Infotech has extensive knowledge in aerospace domain, he said.
The company offers a modular service concept that allows customers and partners such as Dassault Aviation to secure the services they need ranging from design to manufacturing stages, the release said.
