IBM Smart Business would deliver a pre-integrated solution with all the fundamental technology required to run a business, a company release said here.
It would provide access to a web-based community to acquire new business applications and web-delivered collaborative services, which were ready to support a business.
The company has focused the initial launch of Smart Business in the healthcare and manufacturing industries. With Smart Business, IBM would provide solutions from leading software providers, which are specialised in these industries.
It provides application providers and resellers an open platform to grow their business and deliver better value to their customers, the release added.
