BANGALORE BASED CO TIE-UP WITH Z-CORP

Bangalore-based EDST, a product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions and 3D visual simulation provider, today announced its strategic partnership and tie-up with Z-Corp, makers multicolour 3d printers.

Z-corp develops, manufactures and markets 3D printing machines that produce hand-held models "quickly, easily and inexpensively" from computer-aided design (CAD) and other digital data, an EDST release said.

The 3D printers from Z-Corp have a technology to 'affordably' produce high quality, full colour physical models, it said, adding this technology supports a full line of 3D printers that create physical models from CAD data by using an inkjet print-head to deposit a liquid binder that solidifies layers of powder, the release said.
