Real ET matrix launches realty marketing product

In the field of information technology (IT) large and successful companies in India are engaged in writing codes and providing solutions to customers in the country and abroad.

But there are a few who keep off the beaten path to venture into software products business. Bangalore-based Real eT Matrix, started by three technocrats, is one such company which has developed and just launched a product for the realty industry.

The promoters
The product named PropMan1.1, for which Real eT Matrix has applied for patent in India and abroad, is an end-to-end real estate marketing operations management system that provides real time information to enable decision making by optimum utilisation of Internet capabilities in real estate domain. Real eT matrix has three directors. M S Nageshwar Rao, Chairman & Managing Director, a civil engineer from UVCE, Bangalore with an executive diploma from IIM-B. N S Ramachandra, Joint MD, a software professional with experience in product development & implementation. He is also Director of DataComp Solutions.

The third partner Keerthi Bhanu, joint Managing Director, an AutoCAD professional with techno commercial experience in CAD Application Software Development and Implementation.

PropMan1.1, was developed by 10 engineers, including the promoters, over a two-year period. It is a web-based real estate Marketing Operations Management System (MOMS).

M S Nageshwar Rao, Chairman & Managing Director of Real eT Matrix, said “It has been developed to empower property developers, marketing agencies and customers globally with real time dynamic information.” The product gives multi-dimensional visuals to customers to ease the process of decision-making and enable e-business transactions.

Wide range of options
PropMan1.1 can be used by a realty company to give a very wide range of information on a project like location map, master plan, floor plans, individual floor plans, model unit visuals, specification and amenities, start and completion dates, construction schedules.

Customers can also benefit from the software as enquiry and booking transaction details, pricing and payment schedules, real time status of availability, payment record and history, can be accessed online from the company’s website.

Direct sale of PropMan basic 10 user pack and two projects of one hundred apartments is priced at Rs 10 lakh to builders and developers, pointed out Nageshwar Rao.
