Real estate developer Piyush Group will launch its commercial IT project with an investment of Rs 210 crore in Faridabad, which is expected to be complete by 2010. Faridabad is a relatively untapped commercial market and its easy accessibility from Delhi makes it a lucrative investment option. "The net worth of this project, spread over three lakh sq ft land, is Rs 210 crore and it is expected to be ready by 2010," the Piyush Group Chairman, Anil Goel, said in a statement. Designed by renowned architect Hafeez Contractor, the project would provide an infrastructure platform to meet all the needs of a IT industry, he said.
