ASPECT TO SET UP 3 CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE LABS IN INDIA

Aspect Software, a unified communications (UC) provider for contact centres, is setting up three of its customer experience labs in India, reports Jessica Mehroin Irani. The company sees a growing market for UC in India and is planning to target this space by setting up labs to help clients customise their products. A contact centre collectively handles emails, faxes and letters in addition to the call centre operations in one location. UC is the collaboration of voice, data and video communication on one platform providing a single interface for business organisations. The labs will showcase the company’s unified solutions to customer will kick off in mid-September at three locations — Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore.
