The Intex N101-WC1100 has a 10.1” display and weighs just 1.2 kg (with battery). Powered by an Intel Atom N270 processor, it has a 160 GB hard drive, a 1.3 meg video camera and a 1 GB RAM, which is expandable up to 2 GB.
