Wal-Mart, as part of a pilot programme, is opening ‘Solution Stations’ in a small number of its Dallas-area stores to offer technology services, such as home theatre installation and computer repair. The stations will be managed with Dell.
Wal-Mart, the world’s largest retailer, describes the programme as a small pilot to understand more about their customers.
