ITT complexes in Gurgaon soon

Chandigarh, July 21,

Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd (Hartron) has a plan to set up Information Technology and Telecommunication (ITT) complexes with state-of-the-art facilities on Design Finance Build Operate and Transfer (DFBOT) Model in Gurgaon at a cost of Rs 300 crore.

“These ITT complexes would be set over an area of nine acres with a covered area of about seven lakh square feet. These would boost the setting up of units of Information Technology and IT Enabled Services in the state,” a spokesman of Hartron said today.

The Central government has approved the setting up of a State Data Centre in Haryana at a cost of Rs 50.68 crore. While the Department of Information Technology of the Central government would provide Rs 13.50 crore, the remaining amount of Rs 37.18 crore would be met through Additional Central Assistance (ACA) for National e-Governance plan (NeGP) provision.
